They were responsive to my queries I guess it depends how you approach them.Uncovered 2 scammers within a day, their photos were a dead give away just a little too professional looking, plus their wording in the messages I received were more or less identical.I don't know what I can do about this situation I joined this site to get back into the dating game.I am disappointed as, most of the matches are outside my area, even though there are members in my locale.

Note the company name is Venntro Enterprises, there is no doubt as to its legitimacy, it is involved in running a number of different dating/faith based sites but yet again discovered (without paying) that it was duplicate of the Olderage website. If you forget to cancel your subscription, they will keep taking your money and you can't communicate with any member before you pay.I have now a closed profile which I have paid for and do not wish to use. They also have many other name sites on the web but are all part of the Venntro Media group.DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE Huge costs which they won't refund when you cancel, saying you didn't cancel... I am a 69 year old widow and thought I would meet a nice man so I signed up and paid for 1 month.Unconscionable I have written more than twenty words September 5th 2017 Update: But wait - there's more. At end of three months I was charged for a further 3 months which I didn't authorise.Even though I deleted - DELETED - my account in May, they have recently been contacting me with an offer to reveal who is looking at my profile. They claim as I didnt tick a box it automatically renews. It is a prime hunting ground for male and female scammers and/or predators preying on the lonely and vulnerable.Their so called team of moderators who claim they monitor and block need to be retrained because they fail to detect a huge percentage and from the limited exposure I have experienced it seems to be rappant. It ended abruptly when I questioned her manner of speech and the language used in her emails. All of her emails were the same substance but appeared to be written by different people. The individual who sent me a wink, was not who she made out to be, her photos were too professional and I realised I had seen them before in a women's fashion magazine some time ago.Though stating that she was of German extraction she had a decidedly Philippine accent.
