Sirius player not updating Teens sexdateing site

My radio only did a few of the changes, but the two channels that were added, Channels 55 and 57, refuse to get added in.

Not a major life-changing problem, but nonetheless, frustrating and irritating my last nerve. I'm tired of talking to non-English speaking techs, where I know more about computers than they do. They read a script and don't understand that those channels do not appear, although the other changes took effect. BTW, I'm upset they stopped channel 75, the classical POPS, one of 3 channels I actually listen to. Right now, I'm ok with the lack of 55 & 57, but if it gets worse whereby I'm losing channels in the near future, I will stream in from my iphone.

The changes worked on my truck, but refuse to take effect in the car. Can anyone who has factory installed Sirius, please check to see if 55 and 57 were added. I do see the change in name on Channel 3 to Venus; they added Channel 128 (Joel Osteen coming in Fall), and that worked for me, change around a few country stations (56 became 59 and vise versa), dropped Channel 75 Classical Pops which I am upset about. I told them to disassociate my ESN with my account and start over. They could do away with alot of channels dedicated to one singer or a band that no one cares about in thirty years! I have an open ticket with their Product Support team and I've also posted on their Facebook page, which BTW I despise FB, but I did get the attention of a manager on the Sirius XM Digital Care Team who called me and he is still seeing what can be done for older Sirius radios. I listen to Studio 54; my husband - gross Howard Stern in his Aspen.

I did see "updating" this morning for the first time with the tech, but no dice for me... If Sirius wasn't built in, I'd probably use my i Phone and stream. I added a Sirius radio to my C70 on July 18th but after finishing the installation I couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting #75 (Pops).

When trying to sign in to the sirius xm app on the hub it gives this error message.

"logging in, then unsuccsesful login, then account error." It says to call Sirius xm. It still doesn't work even though I can login online.

I dinked around with it but all I could see was the 16mb FAT 12 partition used for the firmware load.

I'm not willing to upgrade my module since it otherwise works ok. If Sirius wasn't built in, I'd probably use my i Phone and stream. It was one of my faves so I'll be complaining or voting to bring it back.

They run promotions all the time so the initial cost is pretty cheap ( activation in my case).

My wife likes to stream with Spotify but Sirius is convenient and so nice to have on longer trips.

He offered to send me their most current Sirius portable unit and a card to bring to Volvo for free installation, that is, running those wires and the antenna which I detest.

I was going to request the Onyx Plus unit which also has the extra channels on it, not that I'd ever listen to them.
