Updating vault stores backup mode

A recovery point is considered created only after phases 1 and 2 are done.

As part of the new stack, a recovery point is created as soon as the snapshot is finished.

After the snapshot is transferred to the vault, the recovery point type changes to “snapshot and vault.” By default, snapshots are kept for seven days.

This feature allows the restore to finish faster from these snapshots.

This control can be helpful if you need to back up data during work hours but do not want the backup process to interfere with other Internet traffic.

Throttling applies to back up and restore activities.

In 2018 Azure will deprecate the Azure Access Control service (ACS).

Beginning March 19, 2018, all versions of the MARS agent below 2.0.9083.0 will experience backup failures.
